September 15, 2017

Our itinerary has changed slightly.  This had nothing to do with Hurricane Irma, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are other changes to come.

I'm pleased that the new itinerary gives us more time in Cuba.  It puts us at Cienfuegos instead of Havana, although our excursion will be an overnight to Havana.  This means a bus ride through the countryside between Cienfuegos on the south coast and Havana on the north coast.  This also means we won't be going to Mexico, Belize, and Honduras.  Too bad, I had already picked out a chocolate factory to visit in Cozumel.

Also, I have to figure out how to delete blog page tabs for the old ports and add new ones for the new ports and how to put them in the right order.  If you don't hear from me again, it means I've failed miserably and have abandoned the entire project (or I've thrown my laptop against the wall.)
